Anniversary #2 and Boston is 5 months old

Monday was Blake and my 2nd anniversary. It's crazy to think that I was pregnant on our first anniversary and this year we have a 5 month old.  We went out to dinner to celebrate last night and had a great dinner at Jeffrey's. Then we came home and watched our wedding video!  I love you, Blake, and can't wait for many more happy years and lots of kids...ha, just kidding...like one more :)

On the Road Again

I'm sorry I have been MIA for a while.  We've been traveling our butts off around Texas for summer weddings!  We went to Dallas for Steve and Katie's wedding and then just got back from Galeveston for Bryan and Jessica's wedding.  I have lots of pictures from the past two weekends, so I'll post some of the highlights!

As for Boston, he is growing like a weed. The past couple weeks he has turned into a roly poly.

And then we'll jump forward a week to the Burkhart wedding.  Blake and I drove to Houston and dropped Boston off with Stacey for the night (thanks Stace for watching the little toot).  Here's a pic with the bride and groom.  Then we got to have lunch on way home with Stacy, Hunter, Nissy, Chris and the Cody Clan!

I forgot to post this little gem with the 4th of July post.  This is Peyton and Boston meeting for the first time!

Happy 4th of July

Happy 4th of July to everyone! We had a great time in Reinbeck, IA visiting Blake's family. Both JoJo and Norby are from Reinbeck (population of 1800) and both families live there. They all got to meet Boston and we got to meet two of Boston's 3rd cousins, Peyton and Erhart, for the first time. There were 17 of us bunked up together (15 adults, 2 babies) and it was a blast. There was also a surprise 60th birthday party for Uncle Denny. The best part is that his son, Waylon, put the invitation in the newspaper two weeks in a row and Denny still had no stinkin' clue :) It was a great party!

Boston's first time to ride on an airplane! He was a champ on the way there and just 'ok' on the way back. Our 2nd flight in DFW was delayed and the Skylink broke, we were all pretty fussy!
