The Puppy is 12 weeks old!

Boston is 12 weeks old today! And he was actually a big toot today. He refused to nap. Hopefully he'll sleep like a champ tonight. We went to a craw fish boil on the lake yesterday and he was amazing. He chilled, ate, slept and chilled some more...he loves to party! Here's a couple cute pics from the past few days.

I don't have a lot of new news this week. We have a new nanny starting next week, as I will be back at work full time. We are sharing her (April) with some good friends that live down the road (Dallas and Camie). They have a 5 month old, Coley! We love, love, love April already and are super excited about her starting. She is great with the kids. She babysat Coley and Boston last Saturday and they were already holding hands and Coley was trying to roll on top of Boston...so cute.

Check me out - in this one Boston is amazed by his reflection in the mirror at the top of this swing. Every time we put him front of the mirror, he acts this way. It's pretty funny!

1st Road Trip, Sip n' See and Mother's Day!

We had a very busy week. Boston and I took our first road trip to Dallas. I tried to time it so we would drive between feedings. It was really awesome when all the cars on 35 came to a stop and it took us about an hour to go 2 miles. I decided to make a run for it instead of pulling over to feed him in a parking lot in De Soto. Thank God he was an angel baby and made it with out having a total melt down.

We had a great time in Dallas. All the ladies came to meet him for the first time. We had fun sipping n' seeing the little man. We wore him out so bad that he slept all the way 'till 8am on Monday morning. Happy Mother's Day to me :) Boston also got me some yummy perfume and a super sweet card.
