It has been so crazy in the Bern household since the New Year has begun. I feel like I have been MIA and I don't even know where to begin. Our first week back we had a lot of big changes. April is no longer working for us, so we have Boston in the daycare right by our house. It is great (mostly). He is drinking out of a sippy cup on his own, eating table food (my favorite is that he had a bean and cheese burrito) and having fun with his new friends (Sofia, Andrew, Jake and Liam to name a few). We decided it was a good time for him to go to daycare, so he can learn new stuff and interact with other kiddos! The downfall is that somebody in our house has been sick since he started. Last week Boston had an ear infection/pink eye, then he gave me pink eye and I got some 24 hour deathly bug. Blake has currently been in bed almost 24 hours, as well. He's real happy that I passed that on :) On top of all that, Boston had an allergic reaction to his antibiotics and got this crazy rash that pretty much covered his whole body (and a serious case of diaper rash and Diarrhea to boot)! I have some pics to share from the past couple weeks...I'll narrate as I go.
Blake went to the Cotton Bowl and had a blast! They had sweet tix in a suite! This pic almost looks fake. (From left to right: Bollinger, Blake, Bryan, Hunter)
While he was gone, I went and spent the night with Teresa (Hunter's wife) and Boston got to play with Brady and Cade. I got a couple shots of bath time with the boys....too cute.

And I wasn't sure if I was going to include these, they make me so sad. Thankfully the rash didn't bother the toot at all, but it looked so bad. Here's a couple shots of the poor little guy!
Looking forward to a fun and healthy February. Blake and I are going on a little vacay to Boca Raton and Boston will turn 1 at the end of the month...oh my!
